The premises, located in Windhoek, are let solely for the purpose of storage facilities and we require 14 days written notice before the end of the month when vacating your unit.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:
We require the following on or before you move in:
1. Security Deposit, (equivalent to 1 months rental) refundable 15 days after moving out on condition that all terms and conditions of rental have been met.
2. First Months rental
3. Debit order/credit facilities and Cash at our store BUT NO CHEQUES ALLOWED.
4. Valid I.D or drivers license, a copy of which will be made at the office.
